Pink Shirt Day falls on the last Wednesday of February every year.
The goal of the movement is to create a more kind, inclusive world by raising awareness (and funds) for anti-bullying initiatives.
Creating a more kind, inclusive world aligns with School District 46’s values and the work the school district continues to do with respect to creating kind, inclusive, and compassionate teaching and learning communities.
We all thrive when we feel valued and respected for who we are.
