COVID-19: Facility Booking Notice
To help reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission and ensure the continued health, safety and wellness of all of our user groups, all rentals of the Sunshine Coast School District indoor facilities have been suspended until further notice.
At this time, new rental applications are not being accepted.
Other outdoor spaces such as basketball courts, sport enclosures and playground spaces on school property cannot be booked. These amenities are available for community use outside of school hours.
Book Our Facility
The Board of Education of School District 46 – Sunshine Coast welcomes and encourages the use of school facilities by responsible community organizations and groups when not required for school purposes, in support of growth in community spirit, learning and health.

Hours of Availability:
Elementary school facilities are available to rent after 5:00 pm* and most secondary school facilities are available after 6:00 pm during the school week**. All facilities are available to rent on weekends upon request.
School facilities are not available during the day of any scheduled school holiday, any non-instructional day, or during exam weeks.

*Roberts Creek Elementary Community Use room is available to rent during school hours.
**Elphinstone Secondary gym and Chatelech Secondary gym are available after 8:00 pm
