Bus Registration is Open for the 2021-2022 School Year
Students who were registered for bussing in the 2020-21 school year are automatically re-registered for coming school year. Registered riders will receive an email that confirms your child’s address and school. Students will only need to re-register using this form, if they have moved addresses or will be changing schools in the 2021-22 school year.
If your child was not registered for bussing in 2020-21, please register using the form below.
The school district will provide confirmation of ridership status by August 30th, 2021.
Eligibility for Bussing
Students who attend a school inside their catchment area and live outside the walk limit are considered eligible riders and will receive first priority when we develop our bus lists over the summer. The walk limit for elementary schools is 2 km and the walk limit for secondary schools is 3.2 km.
In some cases, when routes have been established and there are available seats on the bus, students not meeting the eligibility requirements to ride the bus may make application for use of an available seat on the appropriate bus serving their residential area and school of attendance. However, if a seat is granted, any such permission may be withdrawn at any time and should not be considered to constitute a precedent or establish a right.
