School Bus Registration

Students registered for bussing last school year will automatically keep their same route, stop, and scheduled for the for the upcoming school year.

Students will only need to re-register using this form if they have moved addresses or will be changing schools in the upcoming school year.

If your child was not registered for bussing in previous years, please register using the form below.

The school bus provider will send confirmation of ridership status.

Eligibility for Bussing

Students who attend a school inside their catchment area and live outside the walk limit are considered eligible riders and will receive first priority when we develop our bus lists over the summer. The walk limit for elementary schools is 2 km and the walk limit for secondary schools is 3.2 km.

In some cases, when routes have been established and there are available seats on the bus, students not meeting the eligibility requirements to ride the bus may make application for use of an available seat on the appropriate bus serving their residential area and school of attendance. However, if a seat is granted, any such permission may be withdrawn at any time and should not be considered to constitute a precedent or establish a right.
