Infrastructure Security and Systems Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the design, implementation, and management of our District-wide network architecture, infrastructure, and cloud strategies. This 35 hour/week, 12 month position reports to the Manager of Information Technology and is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing IT systems, including both on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., Azure). The successful candidate will oversee enterprise systems administration, software deployment, backup and disaster recovery, and IT security programs. They will also guide and support a team of System Technologists, contribute to policy and SOP development, and drive innovation through research and adoption of emerging technologies. The starting wage for the position is $51.97, and will increase to $52.22 after completion of a 3-month probationary period. Education Assistant On-Call

School District 46 is looking for supportive and qualified individuals to join our EA On-Call list for the 2025/2026 school year. A certificate from an accredited program is required, but applicants who are enrolled and have completed a majority of their coursework may be considered. A valid first aid certificate is required.
