School District #46 has an outstanding opportunity in a high functioning HR department for Director, Human Resources. This position oversees all elements of human resource services, and mentors and builds the capacity of district leaders to address HR issues. With a well-developed strategic plan that articulates clear values and direction, strong and proactive relationships with the District’s union partners, and an engaged team both inside and outside of the HR Department, the Director will focus on building HR capacity across the District.

Kitchen Assistant On-Call

We are looking for Kitchen Assistants to support the “Feeding Futures” program. Successful applicants will fill casual and short-term absences. Kitchen Assistants help facilitate a food program for students in the district. Qualifications are: Grade 12 or the equivalent; a Culinary Arts Apprenticeship Program; a valid Food Safe Certificate: and a valid First Aid Certificate. School District 46 is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our EA On-Call list. A certificate from an accredited program is required, but applicants who are enrolled and have completed a majority of their coursework may be considered. A valid first aid certificate is required. The wage range for this position is between $31.61 and $33.22 per hour.
