Principals/Vice-Principals

In anticipation of vacancies over the next two years, we are creating a pool of selected applicants to fill roles as Secondary, Elementary and District Principals and Vice-Principals for select positions as they become available. We welcome all qualified applicants to apply using the link below. Please include your résumé (including relevant certificates and transcripts), a cover letter outlining your motivation and interest in working with our district, a summary (no longer than 400 words) outlining a school or district-wide initiative that you led, describing your role and what impact your efforts had on enhancing student learning, and the contact information of two professional references.
The salary ranges for these positions are: $127,089 to $141,477 for Vice Principals and $144,882 to $161,285 for Principals.

We welcome applicants who are certified to teach in B.C. or who are in the process of obtaining their B.C. Teaching Certification, if certified outside of B.C.
The starting annual salary for TTOCs is between $57, 972 and $92, 365, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications, in accordance with the collective agreement.
