❓Are you considering a cross-boundary transfer for your child within Sunshine Coast School District for the 2026-27 school year? Remember, if you live within the district but wish for your child to attend a school other than their catchment area school, you must submit a cross-boundary application form! 🏡
⏱ The deadline for cross-boundary transfer requests is March 31st, 3:30 PM. Late applications? They’ll be reviewed in September based on space availability.

🆕 Families new to the district, including those enrolling in kindergarten, should ALSO complete and submit a school registration form for their catchment area school: School Registration Form
❎ Closed for Cross-Boundary Applications: Davis Bay (except NEST students), Gibsons, and Roberts Creek elementary schools. All secondary and not-listed elementary schools are open for limited cross-boundaries.
🔹 Clarification for Feeder School Transfers: Students transitioning from their catchment area elementary school to their designated catchment area secondary school do NOT need to submit a cross-boundary or registration form—this transfer is automatically processed by the elementary school. However, if a student is transferring from an out-of-catchment elementary school into their designated catchment area secondary school, a cross-boundary form must be submitted by the deadline.
